Drum packing winding machine

This machine is used for co2 wire drum packing. It uses siemens s7-200plc digital control system and screen dialogue system with functions of maintain help, weight, wire mess, wire brakes, finish alarm and auto-stop, problem detection etc. Except wire inlet, straightening and drum change all other actions are automatic. Precise petal control and pre-twist treatment insure the perfect winding and the whole machine’s technical performance reached international advanced level.
